Wilfred graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree. Apart from having solicitor qualifications in Hong Kong and England & Wales, Wilfred is also a qualified Estate Agent (Individual) in Hong Kong.

Wilfred has been appointed as Chairman and Director in several listed companies in Hong Kong.  His primary focus is on corporate finance, cross-border investments, corporate governance, conveyancing, etc. While he undertakes various professional appointments and public duties, he is also the legal advisors of many enterprises and associations.
