​Ms. Chiu admitted as a Solicitor for over 20 years. Ms. Chiu has considerable experiences in corporate and commercial matters, conveyancing and property, probate and family law practices, insolvency and winding up, civil litigation.

Ms. Chiu also gained great experience in the commercial and residential sale and purchase of real estates, leases and tenancies, consent and non-consent scheme and bank mortgages as well as sales and mortgage transaction under the Home Starter Loan Scheme.


Currently, Ms. Chiu is within the list of Panel Solicitors of the Legal Aid Department.
