In 2014 our firm formed a partnership association with China Commercial Law Firm to strategically establish China Commercial Lam Lee Lai (Qianhai) Law Firm in the Qianhai, China.This firm is the first of its kind in Mainland China, focusing largely on legal services in IPOs, Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance and substantial construction projects. This unique joint venture is one of the many illustrations of our firm’s growing presence in the global market.
